Statistics from the National Institute of Health ( NIH) reveal that 4 out of 5 Afro American females are overweight or obese and 30% of white females are overweight or obese, The Center for Disease Control reports that 14.5 million of our children are overweight or obese. CDC also reports that nearly 50% of American adults suffer from chronic diseases.  These statistics are related mostly to poor choices made in America and worldwide.
